Can you train us on the tools we already use?
Yes. Sessions run on your organisation's own tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google Workspace with Gemini, using your team's everyday tasks.
How many people can attend?
Private on-site sessions take up to 12 staff (Standard) or 15 (Tailored), and Executive Leadership sessions up to 8 leaders. Larger teams can be split across several sessions.
Will you help us write an AI policy?
Yes. SME-104 and SME-302 cover governance, data protection and compliance in depth, and the Executive Leadership option includes a drafted corporate AI usage policy.
How do you make sure the training sticks?
Every course ends with a structured practice phase of one to three weeks: practice plans, shared prompt libraries and checks on real work, so new skills become everyday habits.
